Coconut Cream Dream

Crust
1 stick of butter, melted
1 c. flour
2 T powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts





Mix in a small bowl and spread in a 9X13 glass pan. You may need to press with your fingers. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Filling
Step1
1/2 c. of Mayfield Milk
2 sm. packages of vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 t. vanilla extract

 


Mix in bowl with rubber spatula.

Step 2
2 c. Mayfield Sour Cream
1 1/2 c. coconut
 

 


Mix in with pudding until smooth and pour over the crust.

Topping
2 c. Mayfield Whipping Cream, prepared
*1/2 c. coconut, toasted
 

To toast coconut, put on foil and broil in oven for a very short time. Keep oven door open and watch to prevent burning.

Whip the cream and spread onto the filling and top with toasted coconut.



Serves 12-15
* There are three options for packaged coconut. Choose which is best for you:
• Frozen - moistest and most expensive
• Canned - moist and medium-priced
• Packaged - least moist but best price
