| Mix in a small bowl and spread in a 9X13 glass pan. You may need to press with your fingers. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |

| Mix in bowl with rubber spatula. |
Step 2

| Mix in with pudding until smooth and pour over the crust. |

To toast coconut, put on foil and broil in oven for a very short time. Keep oven door open and watch to prevent burning. Whip the cream and spread onto the filling and top with toasted coconut. |
