Easy Cheesy Sauce

4 T butter
1/4 c all-purpose flour
2 c Mayfield milk
1 c grated Cheddar cheese
 
 
 

Melt butter over medium heat in a two quart pan. Add flour and stir until combined. Add milk slowly and stir with a whisk to mix thoroughly. Continue to stir until smooth and thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted.

Makes 2 cups.
