Orange Cream Smoothie
1/3 c orange juice concentrate
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 T sugar
1 c Mayfield skim milk
3-4 ice cubes
 

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Yield: 1 serving


Very Berry
1 & 1/2 c Mayfield Snow Cream
1/2 c Mayfield milk
1/3 c sugar
*1/2 c strawberries, sliced
*1/2 c blueberries
*1/2 c raspberries
 

Mix sugar with fruit in a bowl until dissolved. In blender, combine all ingredients until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Garnish top with fruit. Makes 4 servings.

* Use fresh or thawed and drained frozen fruit.

You may vary the amount of sugar used to sweeten to your personal taste.
For a low carb variation, substitute sugar with Splenda®.



Strawberry Banana Smoothie
6 oz light, fat-free strawberry yogurt
6 oz light, fat-free vanilla yogurt
4 oz Mayfield skim milk
½ cup frozen fruit chunks
½ banana
2 packets sugar or sugar-substitute
7 large ice cubes
 

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.

Yield:  1 serving


Strawberry Banana Pineapple Smoothie
6 oz light, fat-free strawberry-banana yogurt
6 oz Mayfield skim milk
½ banana
2 oz pineapple juice
2 packets sugar or sugar-substitute
7 large ice cubes
 

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.

Yield:  1 serving
