Ice Cream Bread

You will just have to try this one to believe it! This two-ingredient recipe is incredibly easy and will be sure to impress your friends. Pick your favorite Mayfield Ice Cream flavors and pop one in the oven tonight!

Ingredients:
1 pint (2 cups) of Mayfield Ice Cream – pick your favorite flavor
1½ cups of self-rising flour

 

Directions
Stir together softened ice cream and flour, stirring just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into greased and floured 7x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

*Tip - The easiest way to soften ice cream is to place in refrigerator over night.
