Peppermint Chocolate Dessert

Crunch Mixture:
1 large box (12 oz) crushed vanilla wafers
3 oz can chopped pecans
3/4 c butter, melted
1/2 gal Mayfield Peppermint ice cream

Fudge Sauce:
1 c sugar
2 T flour
1 T butter
1 t vanilla
5 T cocoa
1 c Mayfield milk
 

Crunch Mixture:
Mix above ingredients and place half crumb mixture followed by layer of ice cream. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Freeze until ready to serve.

Fudge Sauce:
Cook over medium-low heat until thickens. Pour on top of peppermint dessert before serving. A wonderful holiday dessert that all ages will enjoy!
