Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

1 c canned pumpkin
1/2 c brown sugar firmly packed
1/2 t cinnamon
1 graham cracker crust
Mayfield whipping cream
1 qt Mayfield vanilla icre cream, softened
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t salt
1/2 t ginger
 

Crunch Mixture: 8

1. Mix pumpkin, sugar and spices.
2. Fold in ice cream.
3. Pour into graham cracker crust. Freeze.
4. Top with Mayfield whipping cream.

A wonderful Thanksgiving dessert full of spices that will rekindle many family memories.
