Winter Wonderland French Toast

1 C Mayfield Snow Cream milk
6 slices of bread (any kind but slightly older French or white bread works best)
3 eggs
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t cinnamon
confectioners sugar
maple syrup
 

Beat together the egg, milk and spices. Heat griddle or skillet to a medium high temperature and add just enough butter or vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Dip each slice of bread in the milk mixture, soaking both sides until golden brown. Keep toast in a warm oven until ready to serve. Just before serving add a dusting of snow by sprinkling with confectioners sugar. Serve toast warm with maple syrup on the side. Makes three servings.
