Game Day Ice Cream Nachos

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Mayfield Signature Vanilla ice cream
  • 3 scoops Mayfield Smoky Mountain Fudge ice cream
  • 3 scoops Mayfield Southern Butter Pecan ice cream
  • Package of 12 waffle cones
  • 1 cup fudge sauce
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries

How to

  1. Take waffle cones and cut off tip. Slice the waffle cone carefully into two halves. Then break the two half pieces to get 4 pieces total plus the tip of the waffle cone. Repeat for remaining waffle cones.
  2. Place waffle cone pieces on a serving plate, bowl or football-shaped dish.
  3. Arrange scooped ice cream on top of the waffle cone pieces.
  4. In a microwave safe bowl, heat fudge sauce in the microwave in 30 second increments for a total of 1 minute. Heat for additional 15 second increments until desired temperature.
  5. Follow same instructions for caramel sauce.
  6. Drizzle the hot fudge and caramel sauces over the ice cream.
  7. Scatter peanuts over the ice cream.
  8. Place your desired amount of maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.
