Ingredients
- 3 scoops Mayfield Signature Vanilla ice cream
- 3 scoops Mayfield Smoky Mountain Fudge ice cream
- 3 scoops Mayfield Southern Butter Pecan ice cream
- Package of 12 waffle cones
- 1 cup fudge sauce
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup maraschino cherries
How to
- Take waffle cones and cut off tip. Slice the waffle cone carefully into two halves. Then break the two half pieces to get 4 pieces total plus the tip of the waffle cone. Repeat for remaining waffle cones.
- Place waffle cone pieces on a serving plate, bowl or football-shaped dish.
- Arrange scooped ice cream on top of the waffle cone pieces.
- In a microwave safe bowl, heat fudge sauce in the microwave in 30 second increments for a total of 1 minute. Heat for additional 15 second increments until desired temperature.
- Follow same instructions for caramel sauce.
- Drizzle the hot fudge and caramel sauces over the ice cream.
- Scatter peanuts over the ice cream.
- Place your desired amount of maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.
